Return Policy:
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving the item, but we do not offer cash refunds. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@earthlycollection.co.za. We only accept returns requested via email and not through messaging or social media. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with swing tags still attached. They should be free of odors, defects, stains, or any signs of wear, use, or alteration. Please note that courier fees are non-refundable, and returns are at the customer's expense. Customers are responsible for arranging their own courier collection and delivery to our factory. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for discounted or sale items, so please carefully review size measurements, images, and descriptions before purchasing sale items.
Exchanges/Credits:
Exchanges and credits will only be processed once we receive and inspect the original item for defects. Any credit notes issued will not include the original shipping cost. We accept no liability for items lost or damaged in transit, so it's important to ensure secure and reliable shipping for your returns. We also regret that we do not accept exchanges and returns on any international orders or on sale, discount, or promotional items. At Earthly Collection, we personally check merchandise for quality before dispatch. In the rare event of receiving a defective garment, please contact us by sending an email to info@earthlycollection.co.za with an appropriate photograph attached as soon as you unpack the item. The costs associated with collection and return courier for defective items will be covered by Earthly Collection.
